A local expression of a global family movement
Family First Singapore Limited ("FFS") is a Company Limited by Guarantee, incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, carrying the vision, values and calling of the global Family First movement into the Singapore context — building families as the foundation of a strong and cohesive nation.

"Strong and healthy families are the cornerstone of society." We believe every family strengthened is a community made more resilient, and every community made more resilient is a nation better able to care for its own.
Blessing the social fabric of Singapore
FFS was established to promote positive work-life balance for family, business and community in Singapore. Today, our work centres on three interlocking commitments: building a network of churches, ministries, businesses and agencies; equipping individuals and families to thrive; and serving Singapore's most under-resourced communities directly.

Our strategy is expressed through three interlocking projects, each modelled on a figure known for building, forming and serving — tracing a deliberate progression from structure, to formation, to service.
Build the Network
Connecting churches, ministries, NGOs, businesses and government-adjacent agencies through partnership, resource mobilisation and shared systems — building the infrastructure a stronger Singapore family movement needs.
Build the People
Equipping parents, couples and emerging leaders through formation programmes — marriage preparation, parenting support and leadership development — so families grow healthier from the inside out.
Bless the Community
Serving Singapore's foreign domestic worker community and the families who host them with caregiving training, financial literacy, vocational skills and pastoral support.
Serving the workers and families at the heart of Singapore homes
Foreign domestic workers are woven into the daily life of hundreds of thousands of Singapore households — yet they, and the employers who host them, are rarely reached by the same outreach programmes. FFS serves both sides of that relationship.
Caring for the caregiver
Through caregiving training, financial literacy workshops and vocational skills sessions, our volunteers walk alongside foreign domestic workers to build confidence, dignity and hope beyond their years of service in Singapore.
Equipping the employer
We also engage employers directly — helping households build healthier, more respectful working relationships with the domestic workers who share their homes, strengthening family life on both sides of the front door.

Singapore has long invested in building a family-friendly, socially cohesive society — from national family support initiatives to community programmes that bring neighbours and generations closer together. FFS sees its work as a natural partner to that national aspiration, not apart from it.
By strengthening individual families, equipping employers and households, and mobilising churches and community groups toward shared social good, we contribute grassroots energy toward the same outcome Singapore's own family and community policies are working to achieve: a more resilient, caring and cohesive social fabric for every household, regardless of background or belief.
